About SPHR/PHR Exam
All the areas of the human resources body of knowledge that are tested in the certification exam are covered with course modules, prepared by experts, comprising the best and the latest in HR theory and practice. Questions in SPHR certification exam are based on six knowledge areas prescribed by HRCI.

PHR exam has questions focused mainly on technical and operational levels.
SPHR/PHR exam consists of 225 questions. Of these questions, 200 are scored, and 25 are dummy questions. The dummy questions are designed to be used for framing questions for the future exams. Each question has four options, and the correct or best option has to be chosen. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. The pass mark is 500 out of 700.
